This vibrant family background instilled in Lydia a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for the food service industry.

Stephen, with his early experience in the food service sector, learned the intricacies of building and running a store from the ground up. He further honed his skills by studying architecture. His Trinidadian roots provided him with a deep understanding of the essential produce, fruits, meats, and canned goods needed for a Caribbean grocery store.
